"International" Test PreP
EC Boston has a unique “International” Test Preparation program which not only prepare international students for success on the GMAT or GRE, but also to meet the challenges of graduate study in the U.S. Students attend afternoon courses three times per week to practice academic skills such as high level writing, presentations, debates and negotiations so that they have no problem navigating the culture of U.S. graduate school. Additional, international students have two hours per week of GMAT or GRE preparation designed specifically with their needs in mind, especially support for Verbal section issues. (See schedule & price tab for details.)
In addition to this specially designed program structure, students benefit from the following EC Boston Test Prep Program Advantages:

Additional Support

We also offer Guided Study Hours with the teacher at times convenient to the student. Please call EC Boston for details on this unique opportunity.
Excellent Instructors
Our instructors come with many different backgrounds. At a minimum, a teaching candidate must have at least a BA, high scores on the relevant tests, and teaching experience. As you know, however, not everyone who scores well on a test and has teaching experience makes a good instructor. That is why we insist that our test preparation instructors not only score well themselves on tests, but also that they can communicate their insights to others. Before we hire teachers, we have them teach model classes to members of our Academic staff. That’s the only way we can see how well they can present material to you. Our instructors are trained not to follow a rigid format, but to address the needs of many kinds of learners. Your teachers need to know how to take the exam. But more importantly, they need to be able to help you take it on your own.
